KEDAI50 Return Policy

At KEDAI50, we are committed to ensuring that our customers receive only genuine and high-quality products. Due to our unique business model, where customer payments are invested with our partner banks for 14 working days before the order is processed, returns and refunds are handled under specific conditions.

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Please note that certain products such as perishable goods, customized items, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return. If your order is canceled before the 14-day investment cycle ends, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order has already been processed and shipped, standard return procedures apply, and shipping costs for returns (unless due to our error) will be borne by the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. We will guide you through the process and, once approved, arrange for product collection or provide the return address. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
